 Assisting low-income people in becoming independent and self-sufficient and helping improve their quality of life by transitioning them out of poverty through innovative programming and strong community partnerships.

To provide comprehensive and immediate service with the necessary resources available that will give opportunities to all people to become fully self-sufficient, and to help people to help themselves.
